This is a great place to enjoy breakfast or brunch. Had a home feel and the waitresses have been nice both times . The ambiance has homey feel to it. Try it you'll enjoy it. However the wait can be long during peak times !

Our family's favorite neighborhood breakfast restaurant. The staff is always kind and helpful, the line moves quick and breakfast is always great. Omelettes and pancakes are a go-to and there is enough variety and coffee to keep everyone happy. Thank you Adair!

Guys! A manager makes a difference. Rod was Amazing, went out of his way to make sure everything was as I wanted. For that, I have upgraded this place to 5*****, I was the hungriest I have ever been and got more than I usually get. I always enjoy my Omelette with my three choices according to my mood. Instead of toast, I paid $1 extra for a pancake, then for the first time tried the lemon artichoke soup. I was so amazed! It was a healthy creaminess full of tangy flavor. And if you are a lemon lover, like I am, you will be hooked. My vanilla latte sugar-free was perfection, I was so full, that I didn't eat that much at night. Thank you Rod for making my trip to Adair from Katy so well worth it. Will be back again for my usual maybe try some other item on the menu. Thanks for making it affordable during these difficult times for many of us as usual. The ambience is really nice and it's even nicer when people are friendly and caring.

Good sausage biscuit! Pluses 1. Unlimited coffee refills with three choices, we like Texas Pecan 2. Great size sausage biscuit, good value and large size with one side 3, large bowl of oats 4. Ample seating indoors and outside patio 5. Efficient service 6. Casual Southern charm ambiance 7. No music on the patio so you can listen to your company conversation 8. Reasonable cost for Galleria meal 9. Easy free parking in Randalls lot Areas to improve 1. Oats more runny than I would like 2. Hash brown scoop soft and not crispy 3. I prefer my biscuit fluffier than here Highly recommended for fast casual dining.

My partner and I, individuals you may describe as unfit, decided we needed to change that status . So, like the intelligent individuals we are, we went and completed F45 on a Saturday - which includes a bonus 15 minutes of exercise. Well, suffice it to say, my partner and I left the class HUNGRY. Enter: Adair Kitchen. Adair had been on my brunch list for a while, so I was thrilled at the chance to try it. The cashier joked along with us about our workout, and was incredibly friendly. I am partial to restaurants with an order-at-the-cashier set up, and Adair's ordering line moves quickly and efficiently. The baked goods looked mouth watering but we ended up not having room in our stomachs to try it. The service was fairly quick, and the aura of the restaurant is great - casual, but nice decor, sit where you like. The food was delicious. We got the huevos rancheros and the avocado toast. I do wish the huevos came with a second tortilla shell, but the hash browns were delicious. The avocado toast was a solid dish, though I wasn't floored. A great eating experience and definitely a place to visit again in the future!

I absolutely loved this place. It's sooo cute, petite and the food is amazing! My friend came in town and I seen this was close to her hotel. I found this brunch spot and it did not disappoint. The man that took our order was so nice and welcoming. Patient when answering questions and offering suggestions to what he likes on the menu. I got the chicken and waffles topped with strawberries and it was the best waffle to date. My friend got the daily scramble eggs, waffle with bacon and a croissant. She said she loved it. Said when she comes back in town she will definitely be back. And so will I!

Pasta was good. Portion size was pretty big for lunch. It's a bit under-salted. Service was fast. Ordering line was organized- menus available on a table in an open area. Table numbers help the servers identify customers. Drink: I got Think Pink which was a bit too sour for my taste.
